Delivery
How much does delivery cost?
We offer free delivery within 6 miles of our site (HP18 9SB). Have a look at our map to find out if this applies to you. If you are further away, get in touch and find out what we can offer! Don't hesitate to reach out if you are unsure if you qualify for free delivery.
How does the process work?
On ordering, please provide a preferred delivery date and state whether you require the logs to be left in the bag or tipped out. We can't currently offer a stacking service. Once we have processed your order we will text to confirm the delivery date.
Emergency Delivery
We do offer emergency next day delivery, as long as the order is placed by 5pm the day before, for a small premium of £30. Get in touch to find out more.
